Event Overview: The West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA) is excited to invite you to our Annual Community Health Center (CHC) Leadership Forum this September 8th – 10th, at The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, West Virginia. As we find ourselves in a time navigating so many changes to our system of care, the Leadership Forum provides an opportunity for us to chart our future together. The Leadership Forum will be focusing on deepening our understanding of the current environment as well as exploring the paths to driving transformation, operational excellence, and engagement. We will also be discussing strategies to sustain our system of care and opportunities to use our network and collective voice to positively impact the communities and over 570,000 patients we serve across the Mountain State.
This year’s Forum will focus on topics including: updates from national partners, AI in healthcare, value-based care delivery and payment, a clinical workshop, SUD panel, financial sustainability, workforce and culture, legislative and state policy updates, advocacy, and more. We have a robust agenda, and this year's Forum is open to ALL Health Center staff! Gather your teams and get ready for two and a half days full of networking, learning and collaboration!

Event App: We will once again be using the WVPCA Event App for this conference! After conference registration, keep your eyes open for an app registration email!
This event is only open to Community Health Center staff.
Registration closes on August 29th.

Register before August 15th to receive a special early bird discount!
Early Bird conference registration: $250
Cost after August 15th:
Regular conference registration: $300
Overnight accommodations: The WVPCA has secured a room block for this event at a discounted rate.
