Join the West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA) for our Annual CHC Leadership Retreat on June 10-11, 2019 at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, WV. This
Retreat is targeted to CEOs/Leadership Team (including COOs, CFOs, CMOs, BH Directors).
The Retreat will begin on Monday morning, June 10th from 9 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with an all-inclusive meeting for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs and Behavioral Health staff. CMOs and Behavioral Health staff will meet separately in the afternoon. Please find the DRAFT itinerary here

For those of you who have overnight accommodations on Sunday night, June 9th, dinner at Stillwater’s (6:00 pm – 9:00 pm) is included in your room rate. Monday, June 10

. The established rate is $254
/night for a single occupancy room, $187
/night/person for a double occupancy room, plus resort fees and taxes (Overnight rates include food/beverage/materials fee). Hotel reservations must be made by May 24
to guarantee this rate.
Classes or events sponsored by the West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA) may be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. Attendance at a WVPCA class or event constitutes the consent of all attendees. The future broadcast, publication, or other us of photographs, videos, or recordings is solely at the discretion of WVPCA.
Any refund requests before 6/3/19 will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. No refund will be issued after that date. Please contact Pam Moore
