The West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA) invites you to a four-session webinar series on Clinical Quality Pathways of Learning, which has been themed "Clinical Quality meets Infectious Disease Management: A Roadmap to Value Based Care".
The first session will kick off on Tuesday, May 9th at 12:00pm via Zoom. Each session is set up in a lunch and learn format, each with a specific infectious disease focus, including incidences in our community, health literacy for screening for infectious disease, current evidence-based guidelines for prevention and treatment, leveraging digital health tools to provide quality improvement within the community. Topics will include the HIV, HEP B/ HEP C, Lyme’s Disease and Childhood Immunizations, culminating in a quality overview geared towards the enhancement of patient wellbeing. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with peers and leadership from across West Virginia’s community health center sector.
Goals and Objectives:
- Creating space to review and understand the current landscape for infectious disease on West Virginia.
- Provide tips for using electronic health records and population health management tools for screening.
- Investigate evidence-based guidelines for prevention and treatment.
- Increase health literacy and communication with non-medical professionals around infectious disease management.

Target Audience: Primary care providers, behavioral health providers, MAT program leaders, quality leaders, nursing administration, front line coordinators, care managers, LPNs, and RNs.
