The West Virginia Primary Care Association is pleased to bring Gary Campbell, CEO of Impact2Lead, to meet with Community Health Center Chief Medical Officers and Behavioral Health Directors. The focus of this joint gathering is to use small team breakouts to secure a foundation that will help in in addressing workplace challenges; staff shortages, recruitment, burnout (COVID and Non-COVID related) and succession planning.
By the end of this dynamic round table discussion, participants will have identified a plan of action to utilize within the health center.
PRESENTER: Gary Campbell, CEO of Impact2Lead
TARGET AUDIENCE: Chief Medical Officers, Behavioral Health Directors and Behavioral Health Managers.
The Chief Medical Officers will be meeting for networking and a brief business meeting over breakfast (8:30AM - 9:15AM).
The Behavioral Health staff will have breakfast while having a discussion geared to empowering them in the overall practice setting and helping them understand the value they bring with presenter, Gary Campbell (8:30AM - 9:15AM).
After the round table discussion, Chief Medical Officers, Behavioral Health Directors and Behavioral Health Managers will then join the WVPCA annual Holiday Luncheon at 12:30 PM.
