Please join the West Virginia Primary Care Association and Azara’s Chris Neal, along with Kaila Brooks, from Purdue- North Central Nursing Clinics in Indiana, in attending a demonstration of Azara’s Controlled Substance Abuse Module.  This webinar is a two-fold event with a functionality demonstration of the Controlled Substance Abuse Module, and an interactive second half lead by Ms. Brooks showing how North Central Nursing Clinics use the tool and data gathered in order to improve patient outcomes. In addition, a Q&A session will be held.

The Controlled Substance Module provides you with tools to more efficiently manage populations at risk - those in treatment for substance use disorder, those at risk for developing a disorder and those with chronic pain. A combination of four registries and measures (16+) will allow you to access relevant clinical information to support team meetings, conduct and evaluate outreach efforts, improve preventive screening efforts and ease the burden of reporting.  You will have access to dashboards to quickly understand the status of various aspects of your programs.
