The West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA), in conjunction with Jennifer Calohan of CURIS Consulting, is hosting the fourth of six monthly Learning Collaborative Webinars. This webinar, scheduled for Tuesday, January 29, will discuss all aspects of the Competing Priorities: Aligning Quality Improvement Requirements.

In today's busy healthcare landscape, how do we prioritize what is required? UDS, HEDIS, MU, PCMH, FTCA, and a host of other requirements leave us to struggle with what do we work on now, what should we work on next? Aligning these requirements can increase productivity, increase provider and employee satisfaction, and assist your health center with becoming more efficient and effective thus increasing quality. Efficient + Effective = Quality

OBJECTIVES:

  • Participants will gain knowledge regarding what alignment in healthcare means
  • Understand how aligning requirements can increase efficiency and effectiveness of health center staff
