This year's conference will focus on health center leadership. Sessions will provide guidance to CEOs, COOs, and other management staff regarding business management, risk management and preparing for the future. As our tagline notes, "Miles Ahead of the Curve!"
Make plans now to join the WVPCA during our 24th annual conference beginning on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 with our annual golf tournament and a special WVPCA Shopping event, organized by the shopping experts. Regular sessions will begin on Wednesday, August 5th and continue through noon on Friday, August 7th.
Our conference will also provide an opportunity for our community health center members to thank our funders. We will be hosting a Benefactors' Appreciation luncheon on Thursday, August 6th honoring their commitment and support for the delivery of primary care in West Virginia.
