The West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA) is a non-profit membership organization composed of all the community-based, non-profit health centers throughout the state. It provides its members with an annual conference, a newsletter, membership meetings, technical assistance, governmental relations, grant funding, and program management. Additionally, it acts as a conduit and liaison between health centers and state and federal government agencies. Its membership consists of 34 corporations operating more than 150 individual delivery sites , including 48 school-based health centers. Its members strive to be good neighbors and active participants in their respective communities while providing the highest quality health care to the citizens of the regions they serve.

Our Mission
To cultivate financial, political, and philanthropic relationships that afford our members the opportunities and resources needed to provide high quality, cost effective, and accessible medical homes for all West Virginians, regardless of economic, social, or income status.
